WooCommerce Auto Print, we offer a handheld POS printer. With our pre-installed partner app, restaurants can easily print orders immediately upon receipt, making the entire process faster and more efficient.

How It Works

There are three simple steps to complete an order from your WooCommerce site with Auto Print from WooCommerce.

Step 1:

The customer visits your WooCommerce store, adds the desired items to their cart, selects the delivery method and payment option, and submits the order. The order is then processed by the POS printer at regular intervals.

Step 2:

The restaurant receives the order via the partner app. You can review the full order details before choosing to either accept or reject the order. If the order is accepted, the status in WooCommerce is updated to “Completed.” If it is rejected, the status changes to “Cancelled” or “Refunded.”

Step 3:

The customer receives an order confirmation via email using standard WooCommerce templates, indicating whether the order is completed, cancelled, or refunded.

To enhance the customer experience, we offer automated confirmations via email, SMS, or web notifications through a custom add-on. The restaurant can also adjust the pickup or delivery time for more control. This add-ons can be purchased separately.
