On receipts supported payment methods: PayPal, Stripe, Cash

The interval from 1 to 10 seconds is the time between each order check. (This depends on the server’s resource usage.)

Note: Only the listed features are compatible with the WooCommerce Food plugin. Other settings must be updated directly through the plugin. The partner app also includes additional features, such as opening hours and order reports, that are not supported by WooCommerce.

PC Setting: Used for troubleshooting hardware issues and updating software locally.

Printer for WooCommerce Plugin

Ensures seamless integration with WooCommerce, providing smooth communication between the POS printer and the WooCommerce platform. This is the primary plugin for connecting your POS printer to WooCommerce.

Provides comprehensive support for both standard WooCommerce and WooCommerce Food plugins, ensuring full compatibility and functionality across various WooCommerce setups.

The package includes 3 months of free support after purchase.

Support Details

The package includes 3 months of free support after purchase, with an option to renew. This support covers:

Free updates for the partner app for 1 year.
Free updates for the two mentioned plugins for 1 year.

Please note that we do not provide support for the setup of WooCommerce or WooCommerce Food plugins.
We also do not support conflicts with third-party plugins that may cause crashes. However, we will handle and resolve any issues related to our own plugins. For issues caused by third-party plugins, we can offer assistance for a fee.

After purchase, the POS printer will be shipped to you by mail. Once the package is received, the two plugins will be sent to you via email.
