- No returns or refunds: For items marked as “To be discontinued” or “Discontinued.”
- Return window: You have 7 calendar days to inform us of your desire to return, followed by 5 days to return the item.
- Item condition: The item must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.
- Proof: Attach a receipt or proof of purchase along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Send to post@autoprinthub.com.
Refunds
- Processing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, but may take up to 10.
- Method: The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Delay: First contact your bank, then us at post@autoprinthub.com with your order number.
- Partial refunds: May be considered in special cases, but not for items outside of original condition or returned after 12 days.
- Virtual and digital products: No refunds.
- Subscriptions: No refunds, but you can cancel before expiration.
- Sale items: Not refundable.
